Some people believe weight loss is of value if coupled with exercised and painful practice of body stretch, while some have another opinion of weight loss that it’s of a wrong use if seeing as of negative rather than of positive. And starting with the dieting which most believe to be of a practice which involves watchful intake of food or drinks every day, in normalcy and aggregate portion that will help in achieving self will of growth. Yes it’s a true fact that it’s God that gives us good things of life but didn’t give it so that we can abuse it. He gives it to us so that he can help us achieve and fulfill the real purpose of our maker.
For example a man that believes his purpose in life is to do a certain kind of duty to the benefit of human kind, will not use his entire or larger portion of food intake or spend the most valued treasure of life which is time in sleeping. Don’t take this wrongly, taking rest is good and is good to take balanced diet for healthy living, but if this is of more than it should be taken then there will be a problem. Therefore, dieting has its own way of helping us in fulfilling the purpose of for our life. If make use in a way that will not be of any kind of harm. Also weight loss, which is a way or a practice that is being taken so that a breakdown of fatty acids or calories can take place. But this kind of practice is not limited in food intake but also in exercise, surgery, drugs and others.
Therefore, dieting for weight loss will be of a great advantage if makes use in normalcy and is problem free. Which means, if you diet without restriction to any kind of practice that may be of good health, then the positive result which you expect will come in a perfect way? Some people are tending to get fat by the end of their days as a result of their family history of more pound to their flesh as they get older or as a result of old age. So in this case you need to understand how they live to get to that stage of life. That is what are you feeding on, to get your body to that level of weight or what are your activities, as in much sleep and less work or you are the type that have the steward to do almost everything in the house? All this must be take note if at all you want to win this war.Take good food in normalcy, drink a lot of water, rest and always be positive. Be cheerful because a life that is being enjoyed is the best of life ever lived. Be positive as well, and speak positive because ”as a man thinketh in his heart so is he”.
