At this point the thing you need to really fight is your appetite for carbohydrate foods. Cut down on your carbohydrate intake and reduce the quantity of the food you eat at a sitting. Instead divide your three heavy meals to 5-6 smaller meals which can be taken at 3 hours interval.
The highest number of victims of fast foods is workers who hardly find time to cook themselves a good and healthy meal, so they opt for the quickest means to eat which lands them in the island of overweight. And now they want to come back to the city of the slim and trim but they are faced with the challenge of swimming through Diet River and now they wish the diet river would just be a beautiful short bridge that leads back to slim and trim city. Hey! Wake up, if that was actually a dream of yours. You need to understand that every challenge empowers you with a new ability or help you to see that you actually had the ability inside but never knew. But with a challenge that requires such ability in you, you would definitely deliver. All you need is discipline and determination to come out a victor.
