Mens Workout Programs

HELP PLEASE???? what are good workout out programs (books, vids, etc.) for a teenager?

ok so im 14 and in the 8th grade i want to get noticeably buffer and more muscular by the around the end of this summer. im the type that can burn fat really easy, but it is very hard to add muscle. right now im looking at ll cool j’s platinum workout, the modern encyclopedia of body building, or mens health book of muscle. any others??? just reminding, i want to BUILD lots of muscle without using machines (i have a bench, flies, pull up bar, and dumbells).

Committ to lifting weights at least three to four times per week
Focus on eating at least 5-7x a day with balanced meals from carbohydrates, proteins and fats
You should focus on stretching at least half the amount that you lift weights
Avoid supplements that have not been around for longer than 3 years
