Pregnancy Fitness Workouts

Am I exercising too much?
Before I got pregnant I was very active and worked out nearly every day. My fitness level was pretty advanced(think P90x, 2-3 hour workouts per day). I am now 24 weeks pregnant and wanting to Keep Fit. I purchased Denise Austin’s Pregnancy DVD as well as one of the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVDs. In a typical day, I will do Denise’s total 40 minute workout(20 minutes very low impact cardio, 20 minutes very simple stretching and toning) as well as doing two miles(about 25 minutes) of the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home DVD. That puts me at a total of 65 minutes of physical activity per day. This is ridiculously easy compared to my pre-pregnancy workouts, but I still want to make sure that I am exercising safely. When doing these exercise dvds, I space them out throughout the day, and I am never out of breath when I do them. Does this sound like I am still okay to continue this?
Honestly, it kind of sounds like you’re over doing it.
Don’t get too crazy, you don’t want to hurt the baby, your body needs rests as well.
You can always work out after the baby is born.
