Is there fitness at home which doesn’t include Weight Loss?
Hey guys, here’s my problem:
I really do want to be fit, maybe gain some muscle mass, but I can’t afford going to the gym. I searched several times for fitness programs at home, but they all include weight loss. And see, I’m naturally a very skinny person, with an incredibly fast metabolism, I eat up to 6 times a day yet my weight remains the same. So, that’s why I don’t want to lose weight while working out, because it’s really hard for me to gain weight.
So, I’m curious if s.o. can help me out with some fitness program here. I have been to Taekwondo classes for about 8 years, a few years ago so I guess I should be able to get in shape fast.

Eat more, i thought i was eating lots but then ate more and started to gain weight, i look much better now.
